Jasmine joined ITDP in 2022 as a Finance and Administration Associate. With a masters in Human Resource from Chennai University she has 15 years of work experience in both profit and non-profit organization in Office Administration, Human Resource, Finance, Statutory compliances and Executive assistant to MD. She is a proven talent for aligning business objectives with comprehensive administration knowledge to achieve maximum operational impacts, conserve time and boost efficiency.At ITDP Jasmine supports the day-to-day administrative, financial and operational functions by working closely with team members. She also supporters with forums, events, training and team retreats.

Her other area of interest include recording voice overs for in-house animated videos used for capacity development training. Apart from work, Jasmine loves spending time with her kids, listening to music, travel and watching good horror movies.
